In response to the latest developments with regards to the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to reassure you that Freedom mobility are doing everything we can to safeguard our staff, our customers and our suppliers. We have continuously updated our operational procedures in order to fully comply with the latest Government & HSE guidelines.
In trying to prioritise our customer needs we have made the following temporary changes to our business and the way in which we trade, these changes are with effect from 6PM Tuesday 24th March 2020.
Our showrooms will temporarily close but our Sales staff will continue to work our Digital Dealership during normal working hours and are on hand to create video show-arounds of any of our new or used car stock. Deliveries of vehicles sold will be by appointment only. Trade-in appraisals will be estimated on images and descriptions received but are subject to a visual inspection at a later date. Deposits to secure car sales can be taken over the phone.

We recognize the need to continue to provide our workshop services in order to keep our customers and emergency teams mobile and to support the services that provide for the most vulnerable in our society.
We will operate as normal with a small change to hours, detailed below, and will continue to minimize personal interaction. We have made all the necessary changes to our waiting areas in order to ensure adequate social distancing. Hand sanitizing stations which include latex gloves for customers are also placed around the showroom and waiting areas.
Please be assured that:
We will only check-in 1 person at a time and social distancing guidelines of 2 meters will be observed throughout the entire process.
Steering wheel covers and seat covers will be placed and used in your car.
All our technicians and staff who come into contact with you or your car will wear a fresh pair of latex gloves and dispose of them after they finish with your car.
We will continue to accept tow-ins and breakdowns but again this has to be on the basis that we are contacted by the customer or tow-in operator to notify us that the vehicle is coming in.
Payments will only be accepted by credit or debit card.
The hours for our Service department are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730
